Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777td ("777td", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777td.pro and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 777td website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 777td, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or entity.

• You possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

777td reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by 777td at its sole discretion, may result in account suspension or termination.

If you become aware that you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria at any point during your use of the platform, you are obligated to cease all activity immediately and contact our support team at [email protected].

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 777td platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards, 777td requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted verification documents include:

• Valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid international passport
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement for HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank accounts)

777td may, at its sole discretion, request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or for accounts where the cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds exceed levels specified in our internal compliance framework.

All information submitted during KYC is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 777td does not sell or share KYC data with third parties except where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

777td processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 777td account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. 777td does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business hour. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching the details provided during KYC. 777td will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Important payment conditions:

• The payment method used for a deposit must be eligible for withdrawal before the full deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
• Deposits made using a payment method that cannot receive funds (e.g., certain prepaid instruments) must be withdrawn to an alternative verified payment method.
• 777td reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced KYC checks or fraud investigation.
• Any deposits or withdrawals identified as connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity will be frozen, reported to the relevant authorities, and subject to forfeiture.

All player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 777td's operational funds, in accordance with our licensing obligations. This ensures that your balance is protected in all circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777td offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 777td promotions:

• A player may only claim each welcome bonus or new-player offer once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The maximum wager permitted from bonus funds on any single bet or game round is PKR 500, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed whilst a bonus is active may be voided.
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates towards wagering requirements. Live dealer tables, for example, may contribute at 10% whilst slots typically contribute at 100% unless stated otherwise.
• 777td reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has partially fulfilled the wagering requirement, the partially wagered bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are void if 777td determines that fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour has been employed in attempting to meet wagering requirements.

Players found to be abusing the 777td bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided, any related winnings confiscated, and their accounts reviewed for termination.

Gaming Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on the 777td platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming, among others. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently certified and apply over long statistical periods; individual session results may differ significantly from the stated RTP.

For sports betting and cricket markets, 777td publishes specific betting rules governing settlement, void conditions, in-play restrictions, and the treatment of suspended markets. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the affected player's account balance. 777td will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777td platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether for personal use or on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 777td.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true identity or location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct towards 777td staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777td platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 777td or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 777td name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 777td.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777td platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its underlying technology without the express written permission of 777td.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777td, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the 777td platform.

777td's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 777td account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777td does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own devices and network connections.

Privacy & Data Protection

777td collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 777td platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all player data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with our payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform lawfully and securely.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Account Suspension & Termination

777td reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold payment of any balance, and void any pending bets or bonus offers at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige us to restrict or terminate access to our services in your jurisdiction.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Amendments to These Terms

777td reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification within the platform or via email to your registered address. However, it is your ongoing responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Continued access to or use of the 777td platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole recourse is to close your account as described in Section 12.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777td holds its gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the 777td support team in writing. 777td will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
